Jaringan TV KBS telah mengakhiri tahun 2023 dengan perayaan drama-dramanya dari tahun lalu. Pada tanggal 31 Desember, KBS Drama Awards 2023 digelar dengan Jang Sung Kyu, Seol In Ah, dan Rowoon menjadi pembawa acara.
Daesang (Hadiah Utama) diberikan kepada aktor veteran Choi Soo Jong atas penampilannya dalam drama sejarah yang sedang ditayangkan “Korea-Khitan War”. Sementara “Oasis” dan “Korea-Khitan War” menjadi drama paling sukses malam itu, dengan masing-masing membawa pulang tujuh penghargaan.
